Haslev Møbelsnedkeri is a traditional and well known Danish furniture manufacturer and has been producing furniture since the 1950s. The company is praised for its high-quality craftsmanship.

Severin Hansen is probably the most famous designer for whom Haslev produced pieces in the early days, but equally or perhaps even more subtle and refined are the designs of Erik Riisager Hansen, often mistakenly ascribed to Severin Hansen.

This very rare daybed is designed by Erik Riisager Hansen. The sweeping rosewood frame and the tapering legs give this piece a timeless elegance. The daybed is upholstered with the original grey wool. Produced in the 1950s by Haslev Møbelsnedkeri, Denmark.

PLEASE NOTE: we also have a dining table by Erik Riisager Hansen in stock.
